Inspiring South Australia is pleased to announced the 2017 South Australian Regional Science-Arts Collaboration Grants program.

The new grant is worth up to $10,000 for the development and production of a science communication project. This program is designed to assist the sciences and arts in coming together to tell our stories to our people. There are many wonderful stories to be told about the scientific research and discoveries in our own backyard that often go unrecognised, uncelebrated and invisible to local communities.

Expressions of Interest are currently being sought from eligible applicants. The project must link at least two groups or organisations, including at least one identifying as  ‘science’ and one as ‘arts’. The form that the project takes may be a performance or series of performances, an exhibition, a showing, a screening or an installation. It must be developed during 2017 and performed during 2017 and/or early 2018.

Expressions of Interest may be submitted up to and including Friday 31 March 2017. For full details, head to the Grants page.
